About the event

Choose from 5 Mini Challenge Options:

  • Workout Challenge (8 Workout per week for the duo- i.e. 4 per person)
  • Intensity Challenge (Got a MyZone Belt? Earn MEPS and get to the top of the charts)
  • Nutrition Challenge (Food logging with Coach Katie B.- Log your food 6 out of 7 days a week)
  • Body Measurement Challenge (Choose between weight changes, body fat % changes, or overall measurements)
  • Fit Test (Fit test at the beginning of the challenge, repeat it at the end- Goal is more improvement)

  • Non-Member Single Person Entry

    This ticket is for anyone who is not a member Covers 6-Weeks of unlimited workouts at The Daily 30 This can be used for someone who is looking for a buddy or for a buddy of a current member If you would like to participate in the MyZone MEP Intensity challenge you will need to purchase a MyZone belt SEPARATE from this entry.
