Join us for out 6-Week HIIT the Ground and RISE Fall Challenge from October 10th- November 20th
This challenge is a MyZone Based Team Challenge that includes working out to earn points for your team as well as the opportunity to earn your lead coaches points by participating in the weekly goals that are set out. This challenge will be fun, interactive, and motivating from week to week with direct contact to your team lead coach who will be leading you and motivating you to complete your tasks. Whether you can make it to the gym every day, every 3 days or every other week this challenge will apply to everyone, as long as you have your MyZone Belt in tow for all workouts!Â
All participants will need a MyZone heart rate monitor to participate. For members without a belt we have included a ticket price that includes a belt with your entry into the challenge. Those of you with belts will only need an entry into the challenge.Â
For non-members who are joining us for the challenge the price of your ticket INCLUDES 6 weeks of unlimited workouts at the gym as well as your MyZone Belt!Â
