About the event
There is a fine line between doing a move correctly and feeling fitter, and waking up with a sore back and suffering post-workout frustration. Four Daily 30 coaches will guide this informative, hands-on session. Addressing eight of our primary exercises, we'll help you gain the most benefit while reducing the chance of injury. You'll see how adjusting your form even slightly fine-tunes your practice for maximum fitness and prevents day-after soreness.
By the end of the session friends and family will notice a certain rope-climbing confidence, a little kettlebell-swing swagger, and a whole lotta of pull-up prowess.
Movements we will be covering:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Jump Rope
- Pull Ups
- Push Ups
- Deadlifts (and their variations- Yes, there is more than one!)
- Rope Climbing
- Turkish Get Ups
We will also have additional time at the end of class to go over any other movements you would like to learn more about and conquer! Ideas include; box jumps, TRX, Wall Ball Shots, Battle Ropes, anything that you would like more confidence in doing.
