Service Description
Join us for the latest addition to our fitness line-up. Our amazing yoga teachers will lead you through a 30-minute class that can only be described as yoga-inspired. (In more traditional terms, think of this as a combination of beginner, vinyasa yoga and stretching.) These pop-ups are not on our regular schedule yet. We're still experimenting with format and times - please let us know what you think so we can shape the class to best fit your fitness.
