On September 20th, we're calling on our community to become warriors. Whether you join us in person at The Daily 30 or virtually from anywhere in the world, there's a mission for you. Choose the challenge that calls to you and get ready to make a difference.

In-Person Challenge: The "Warrior's Ascent" FIIT Challenge
Time: 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

The "Warrior's Ascent" Challenge!

This isn't your average daily workout. We've designed a special "Chipper" style challenge where you'll "chip away" at a list of exercises, completing all the reps of one movement before moving on to the next. The goal is to complete the challenge for time, giving you a powerful benchmark to train for.

What to Expect:

A symbolic climb with three different levels (Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert) so you can choose the path that's right for you.

A full-body workout using a variety of equipment.

A focus on heart and celebrating your effort for a great cause.

In-Person Challenge: The Muay Thai Warrior Challenge
Time: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Step up for a challenge of heart and spirit, led by our own world-class Muay Thai fighter and instructor, Zach Bunnell. Join us for a special 1-hour Muay Thai AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) dedicated to this cause. This high-energy session will focus on the fundamentals of the "Art of Eight Limbs," testing your endurance and spirit under the guidance of a pro. It's a chance to use our strength and discipline to support one of our own. This challenge is open to all levels.


In-Person Challenge: The Junior Warrior Obstacle Course
Time: 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM (Drop-in)
Bring the kids for a fun, safe, and exciting challenge designed just for them! Our Junior Warrior Obstacle Course is designed by two amazing local Occupational Therapists (including Micheli's own OT!) to be engaging and fun for all skill levels.
Virtual Challenge: Your Mission, Your Way
Can't be with us in Reno? No problem! Join the fight from anywhere in the world. As a virtual warrior, you create your own mission. Here are a few ideas:

The Ride for PANDAS: Dedicate your Saturday ride to the cause. Set a personal distance goal—whether it's 20, 50, or 100 miles—and ride with purpose.

The Run/Walk for PANDAS: Hit the trails, the track, or your neighborhood streets. Challenge yourself to a 5k, 10k, or any distance that feels right for you.

The At-Home Warrior Workout: For those who register for the at-home workout, we'll email you a printable one-sheet with the full rep challenge workout that you can complete on challenge day.
No matter how you choose to participate, you'll be part of a global community of warriors fighting for the same cause.
