From April 25th through June 5th, this focused 6-week challenge will help you build a reliable bank of habits that will move you onto the next level. You'll grow inside and out. You'll learn. And you'll develop routines that will stay with you with long after the Challenge is wrapped.
Here's what you can expect:
- Members $25; Non-members $147 (Non-Members: This pricing INCLUDES 6-Weeks of Unlimited workouts at The Daily 30)
- 6 habit-changing weeks of growth and inspiration
- Week One in-person or online meeting
- First-week and last-week baseline fitness tests to determine growth and improvement
- Private, Challenge-only group forums for chatting, and sharing motivation with fellow Challengers
- Weekly check-ins via the private forums on The Daily 30 website
- Point-based goals for you to work towards each week – the Challenger with the most points (say it with me) WINS!
- Earn points for hitting your nutrition, fitness, sleep, and hydration goals
- Weekly Q&A with D30 resident certified nutritionist Coach Katie to answer your nutrition and exercise questions
