Everything you love about FIT30, but with more time to move, sweat, and challenge yourself! FIT45 is our 45-minute version of Functional Intensity Training, offered on weekends and holidays for those who want a little extra. Just like FIT30, this class blends functional fitness with intensity to get your heart rate up, build strength, and boost endurance—all in a fun, supportive environment. Expect a variety of movements, no-drill-sergeant coaching, and the same Adult Playground energy, with extra time to push your limits. Whether you’re looking to go a little longer or just take advantage of a holiday workout, FIT45 gives you the time and space to make your workout your own.

Cancellation Policy
The Daily 30: Class Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking: Use our website or the Fit by Wix app. Advance booking recommended. Our Cancellations: Classes with no sign-ups 30 minutes prior to start time will be cancelled. Members will be notified via the Fit by Wix app. If a class is cancelled due to coach illness you will receive a credit and be notified via the Fit by Wix App of the cancelation. Your Cancellations: Cancel up to 5 minutes before class starts via the website or Fit by Wix app. There are no late cancellation fees. Waitlists: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Monitor your app/email notifications for openings and confirm your spot promptly if one becomes available. $25 No-Show Fee: This fee applies only if a class is full, has an active waitlist, AND you book a spot but do not attend without cancelling. Other No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class and there is no waitlist, your class credit for that session will be forfeited. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Late entry may not be permitted and could be treated as a no-show. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. The most current version is always available on our website and the Fit by Wix app. Booking a class signifies your agreement to this policy.
