Embark on an exciting journey into the art of eight limbs with our brand new Muay Thai program! Designed for all levels, our classes offer a comprehensive and structured approach to learning this dynamic martial art. Each session is thoughtfully divided into four distinct segments, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging training experience. Here’s what you can expect in every class: Section 1: Technical Warm-Up - Mobility Work (10 minutes): Prepare your body for action with targeted exercises designed to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and prevent injuries. Fundamental "Reps" (20 minutes): Master the core of Muay Thai. Our instructors will guide you through the 12 fundamental techniques, including essential punches and kicks. This focused practice builds a strong foundation and hones your form. Section 2: Pad Work - It's time to make some noise! Work directly with an instructor, striking Thai pads to develop power, precision, timing, and a feel for real impact. This is where your techniques come to life in a dynamic and energetic setting. Section 3: Drill Work - Refine your skills through a variety of offensive and defensive drills. These exercises are designed to improve your combinations, footwork, and reaction time, helping you seamlessly transition between techniques. Section 4: Clinch and Sparring - Explore the unique art of the Muay Thai clinch, learning to control and unbalance your opponent. Engage in controlled sparring to apply your learned techniques in a more fluid setting. Please note: Our sparring is focused on training, timing, and technique, not on aggression or injury. There is no intent to "take someone out" or cause bloodshed. It's a safe and respectful environment to test your skills and learn from your training partners. Cancellation Policy

The Daily 30: Class Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking: Use our website or the Fit by Wix app. Advance booking recommended. Our Cancellations: Classes with no sign-ups 30 minutes prior to start time will be cancelled. Members will be notified via the Fit by Wix app. If a class is cancelled due to coach illness you will receive a credit and be notified via the Fit by Wix App of the cancelation. Your Cancellations: Cancel up to 5 minutes before class starts via the website or Fit by Wix app. There are no late cancellation fees. Waitlists: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Monitor your app/email notifications for openings and confirm your spot promptly if one becomes available. $25 No-Show Fee: This fee applies only if a class is full, has an active waitlist, AND you book a spot but do not attend without cancelling. Other No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class and there is no waitlist, your class credit for that session will be forfeited. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Late entry may not be permitted and could be treated as a no-show. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. The most current version is always available on our website and the Fit by Wix app. Booking a class signifies your agreement to this policy.
